Excavated 1814, 1826.

 

The above information has been taken from Eschebach: according to CTP, the name-plaque at the entrance gives the appellation “Ufficio, or, Sala dei Duumviri”; according to PAP website – this is described as “the Building of the Duoviri, the magistrates who governed the city.”

VIII.2.6 was the western room
VIII.2.8 was also known as the “Sala del Tabularium”
VIII.2.10 was the eastern room
