Looking west towards arched entrance to area under stairs, and doorway into passage leading to east wing of cryptoporticus. The arched doorway into the frigidarium can be seen in the north wall, on the right side. According to Peters, on the north and south walls of the passageway, badly preserved landscapes were found. Anteroom, apodyterium or changing room on south side of frigidarium, at end of corridor.

Looking west towards arched entrance to area under stairs, and doorway into passage leading to east wing of cryptoporticus.   

The arched doorway into the frigidarium can be seen in the north wall, on the right side.

According to Peters, on the north and south walls of the passageway, badly preserved landscapes were found.
