CIL IV 1020 was written in black above red, on the pilaster between I.4.6 and I.4.5, on the right:

L(ucium) P(opidium) S(aecundum) o(ro) v(os) f(aciatis)

 

CIL IV 994 was written in red and black, on the pilaster between I.4.7 and I.4.6, on the left:

M(arcum) Holconium IIv(irum) i(ure) d(icundo)

 

CIL IV 995 was also found here:
