I.2.17 Pompeii. March 2009. Room 10, triclinium, looking east from room 8.

According to Fiorelli and Sogliano, found in the triclinium was a painting of a standing Hercules.

His club was held in his right hand, and across his left shoulder was a lionskin.

On the left, a column could be seen above a base.

The figure was damaged in the upper part.
